The European Azerbaijan School is a bi-lingual school established in 2011 by The European Azerbaijan Society. The European Azerbaijan School teaches the International Baccalaureate Curriculum.
The EAS, with purpose built campuses for Early Years, Primary and Secondary students, is exceptionally well resourced with specialist Teaching and Learning facilities, specialist Science Labs, Music and Art Centres, Sports Complex with Gymnasium, Swimming Pools and Dance Studio, Performing Arts Centre with an 800 seat Auditorium and libraries. The school provides all students with access to iPads and Laptops. The school implements innovative learning and teaching programs aimed at developing and promoting personal growth and individual excellence.
As the EAS is experiencing significant growth, the school is seeking qualified, trained and experienced and motivated local teachers and teaching assistants to join their team.

CVs will be shortlisted based on a candidate’s work experience and meeting the requirements for the position.
Successful candidates will be tested for their subject knowledge and competency:
-Subject, English (Russian) language tests
-Computer skills test
After the second stage successful candidates will be required to write a pedagogic essay. Candidates who have passed the second stage will be asked to present a demonstration lesson to show their abilities in modern teaching/learning methods and technologies.

About the European Azerbaijan School
The European Azerbaijan School (EAS) is a private school that was founded by The European Azerbaijan Society (TEAS) and started in September 2011 with about 95 students from grades five to eight. In September 2012 the school opened a primary department and there are now more than 868 students enrolled. In November of 2014 the EAS started its Early Learning Centre (ELC) with more than 125 students. 120 local and 20 foreign teachers, teacher assistants and about 110 administrative and support staff are currently employed by the EAS.
