Over the past year, students of the European Azerbaijan School participating in the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award programme have successfully advanced to higher levels. Those who completed the Bronze level last year have now proudly achieved the Silver level and have already begun their journey toward the prestigious Gold Award. At the same time, students who started with the Bronze level this year have also completed their program successfully.
Throughout the programme, our students made remarkable progress in the four key areas: Physical Recreation, Skills, Volunteering, and the Adventurous Journey. They learned how to maintain a healthy lifestyle through sports, developed valuable new skills, supported their communities through volunteering, and gained the ability to adapt and thrive in nature.
Today, a special Certificate Ceremony was held to honor their achievements. Certificates and pins were presented by:
Mr. Francesco Banchini, CEO & Director of EAS
Mr. Edward Crymble, Head of Political & HM Consul
Ms. Nargiz Hajiyeva, Country Director, British Council Azerbaijan
We sincerely thank our DofE Coordinator Mr. Jamil Dadashov for his dedication and continuous support in guiding our students through this inspiring journey.
👏 Congratulations to all our students – the skills, resilience, and experiences you have gained will serve you for a lifetime!
