On 10 February 2026, IB Leadership Insights: Book Discussion was held at Libraff Park Academy, bringing together educators and members of the IB community for an engaging exchange on leadership in international education.

The session was based on “IB Leadership: Intelligences & Capabilities” by Francesco Banchini and explored key themes such as leadership practices, decision-making, and the evolving role of educational leaders in a global context. Reflections and commentary were shared by Asif Jahangirov, President of the International Association of Educational Organizations in Humanistic Pedagogy, who highlighted the book’s practical relevance for teachers and education professionals.

The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session and open discussion, allowing participants to share perspectives, ask questions, and engage directly with the author and fellow educators.
