The 5th meeting of the AMCHAM Azerbaijan Education & Vocational Working Group was held under the theme “Women in Business: Breaking Barriers.”

The session was moderated by Aygun Isayeva, CEO of Dunya School, who guided a focused and engaging discussion. The panel brought together speakers from different sectors:

•Nargiz Hajiyeva, Country Director of British Council in Azerbaijan
•Hokuma Karimova, Director of PR & Corporate Communications at Nar
•Aysel Aghayeva, Founder of “Özəl Balam” Support Group
•Laman Ibrahimova, Head of ASAN AI Hub
•Gulshan Jumayeva, Head of Marketing & Communications at Pasha Capital

The audience included business representatives, AMCHAM members, and the wider education community, including international school leaders. Among them was Francesco Banchini, Chairperson of the AMCHAM Education & Vocational Working Group and CEO & Director of European Azerbaijan School.

Students from European Azerbaijan School and Dunya School actively joined the session. During the Q&A, they engaged directly with the speakers, asking thoughtful questions and sharing their views alongside professionals.

The speakers shared real experiences and encouraged young people to stay confident and keep learning. A clear and meaningful session, bringing students and professionals into one space for real exchange.
