The European Azerbaijan School is a private school authorized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The school offers the following programmes:
The International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) authorised in 2017 the IB Diploma Programme (DP) authorized in 2015 and the Middle Years Programme (MYP) authorised in 2021, and became IB World School. The school has grown from its original 95 students in 2012 to its current enrollment of 1,901 students. Students moving from the Primary Years Programme into the Middle Years and Diploma Programmes develop the necessary understanding and skills such as respect, innovation, creativity, intercultural understanding and critical thinking. We are pleased to announce that as of 2023, we have been accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), demonstrating our commitment to providing high-quality international education. EAS is officially accredited by the IB for the Career-related Programme (CP), making us the only school in Azerbaijan accredited in all four IB Programmes. We are proud to join the COBIS global community as an Accredited Member. This recognition reflects our commitment to nurturing future-ready learners, building international partnerships, and raising the standard of education in Azerbaijan and beyond.

The European Azerbaijan School operates on two campuses; the facility in Yasamal has both the Early Years and Primary programmes, while the facility in Badamdar accommodates our grade Middle Years, Diploma and Career-related Programmes.
