The European Azerbaijan School (EAS) proudly welcomed Ms. Leyla Aliyeva, Founder of the IDEA Campaign and Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, to the EcoMind 2025 Conference, organized in collaboration with the IDEA Campaign.

The event, themed “Rethinking Education and Environment Together”, marked a meaningful step toward uniting education and environmental awareness in shaping a sustainable future.

Mr. Francesco Banchini, CEO and Director of the European Azerbaijan School, had the pleasure of welcoming distinguished guests, including Mr. Tale Heydarov, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the European Azerbaijan School; Majnun Mammadov, Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Mr. Kanan Karimzada, Deputy Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Ms. Mehriban Valiyeva, Member of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan; and Mr. Rajiv Nandha, CEO of ThinkIN.

Before the official opening of the conference, guests were introduced to a variety of eco-projects created and presented by EAS students. Through their thoughtful and innovative presentations, students demonstrated how education and creativity can come together to inspire environmental action and responsibility.

The opening ceremony began with spectacular student performances and dance presentations, filling the atmosphere with creativity and inspiration.
